Gionee has added yet another smartphone to its collection of budget devices, the Gionee Steel 2. The device features a 5" display, mediatek chip set and a 4000maH battery.
The device was launched in the Chinese market at CNY 1,229 and is also available for preorder at Gionee's online store.
DISPLAY:
The Gionee Steel 2 sports a 5" HD IPS display with a pixel density of 293 pixels per inch.
HARDWARE:
The device comes with a Mediatek 64bit quad core processor (MT6737). It also features a 3GB of RAM and has two storage variants of 16GB and 32GB which is expandable via micro SD card up to 128GB. The Steel 2 has a micro SIM slot in which only one supports 4G LTE.
OPERATING SYSTEM:
The Steel 2 comes with Gionee's Amigo OS 3.5 based on Android 6.0 marshmallow.
BATTERY:
The Steel 2 packs a 4000maH battery which is non removable.
